Hollywood celebrity Kendall Jenner’s hand-crafted tequila brand 818 Tequila has launched in Australia. The brand says both the spirit and brand have been “meticulously designed to speak to the conscious tequila consumer”. The company harvests its agave plants at peak maturity before slow-cooking each batch in traditional ovens for roughly 30 hours. The spirit is naturally fermented before distillation inside an alembic copper pot still and aged in American and French oak barrels. ABV 40%
