Description
- Eating a waterlogged crab or lobster is like biting in to a cherry tomato ; you always wind up wishing you had worn a raincoat !!
- After steaming or boiling, break open the body of the crab and let the excess water drain out
- For lobster, cut the tip of each claw and hold it by the tail
- Approximately 14cm in length
