Made from food-grade silicone, it is reusable and provides a non-stick surface that is non-absorbent and will not retain odours. Oven safe to 230C / 446F and can be easily trimmed to fir your favourite baking tray.
This mat is multi-functional and can be used as a pot-holder or table trivet for hot pans or a drying rack for wet dishes. It is easy to clean and stores flat or rolled up for convenient storage. Easy to clean – just wash with hot soapy water, rinse, shake off water and let air dry.
