Floral and yeast notes on the nose give way to crisp fruit flavours of citrus and apple. Pinot Noir provides the firm body and structure. Great balance between the fruit and the acid keeps this zero champagne from being overly dry. The bottle is constructed of 100% copper, being the only one of its kind in the whole champagne industry. ABV 12%
