Description
Bottled in Scotland by Kingbury & Co. of Aberdeen on behalf of Whisky Talk Fukouka, Japan’s oldest whisky festival, with an outturn of 253 bottles this whisky wasfinished in a Martinique Rhum cask from the legendry Rhum distillery Trois Rivières. Located within the commune of Sainte-Luce on the southern tip of Martinique, Trois Rivières have been distilling creole style Rhum since 1923 using fresh sugarcane from a plantaion that has existed since the 15th Century. Their Rhum has its own Appellation d’Origine Contrôlée, “Rhum de la Martinique.” ABV 56.70%
