- Superfine (1200 grit) sharpening hone will sharpen and polish to a water stone finish.
- Fine (600 grit) sharpening hone is the go to hone and should be used for 98% of sharpening needs. This fine grit diamond has the abrasive ability to effectively sharpen a dull knife in less than a minute and bring the edge to keen razor finish.
- Medium (400 grit) sharpening hone is used for rapid metal removal, reshaping, filing and deburring.
