For this special release from sun-soaked Oaxaca, we roast highest quality Espadin agave for distillation in a copper pot still with turkey breast and natural spices. An homage to the generations of maestro mezcaleros whose wisdom has trained and inspired us, our Pechuga serves as an expression of gratitude for our Mexican culture. An extremely limited release with the most recent batch to Australia being mostly on-premise only. We have managed to secure an extremely small allotment. Very limited stock available. Only 60 bottles produced in this batch. 48.50% ABV
