The bottling has been initially matured in sherry and bourbon barrels, before enjoying a finishing period in French chestnut. Nose: Red liquorice laces, fresh rosemary and mint, grated root ginger. Taste: Sweet fruit and spice, cinnamon toast, ripe banana. Finish: Aromatic green tea, dissipating fruit and spice, rich wood farewell. ABV 46%
