Description
This barley shochu, distilled using locally grown ‘Nijo’ barley from Okayama Prefecture, is matured in refill sherry casks to create a fruity, refreshing, well-balanced shochu that pairs well with food such as yakitori, tempura and gyoza. Presented in a high-quality black Mino ware pottery from Toki City in the Gifu Prefecture and inscribed with the Kanji “Always appreciated”. ABV 25%
