Description
Okayama craft gin uses a rice shochu base with a blend of more than a dozen botanicals that includes juniper, coriander, lemon peel, angelica root, lavender, orange, cinnamon, ginger, allspice; and, unique to the Okayama region of Japan, it’s famous ‘Momo’ white peach. Finished in a barrel made from Sakura (Japanese Cherry Blossom) that imparts a sweet wild berry note. This gin is complex, unique, sweet and spicy – unlike any gin you’ve tried before. ABV 50%
