Description
It’s been a while since the thirty year age statement has been offered as an official Macallan release. The last incarnation was under the ‘Fine Oak’ label (circa 2007), then in 2018, so apart from indie releases, the classification is relatively rare. Aged in both sherry-seasoned American and European oak, this is the oldest in the ‘Double Cask’ series so far, defined by aromas and flavours of sweet toffee, ginger, dried fruits and spice.ABV 43%
